M&F Wood Work specializes in the professional installation of kitchen, bathroom, and closet cabinets. We do not manufacture cabinets or provide materials unless otherwise specified in writing. Our responsibility is limited strictly to installation services as agreed in advance with the client.
2. Estimates and Payments
- All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit may be required before scheduling installation work.
- Final payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to make payment may result in legal action and/or additional fees.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments must be confirmed in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- M&F Wood Work reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, emergencies, or supply delays.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure that the installation area is prepared and accessible at the scheduled time.
- Any required permits, HOA approvals, or third-party authorizations are the responsibility of the client.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding dimensions, cabinet types, and any special requirements.
5. Warranty and Limitations
- M&F Wood Work guarantees workmanship for 30 days after installation.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or alterations made after installation.
- We are not responsible for defects in the cabinets themselves, as these are supplied by the client or third-party manufacturers.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- M&F Wood Work is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of installed products.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues in the installation area, such as structural, plumbing, or electrical problems.
- Any damages caused by third-party products, materials, or suppliers are not the responsibility of M&F Wood Work.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of M&F Wood Work and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
